Rechulski has been a prominent figure in the DJ scene since the dawn of the millennium. His journey commenced with humble beginnings, as he found his groove spinning reggae tracks on the local high school radio waves.
In February 2008, Rechulski took a significant step forward by co-founding the artist collective “Sheik N Beik.” This initiative propelled him into the heart of New York City’s bustling electronic music scene. Every Thursday night, Rechulski became a fixture at various lounges and clubs across the city, delivering exhilarating sets of house and techno beats. Weekends saw him expand his reach, hosting dynamic events in Brooklyn warehouses, and occasionally venturing into Queens and the Bronx. Beyond the city limits, Rechulski curated monthly shows on Daiikon’s Basic.ch Internet Radio, sharing alternative music with a global audience.
In 2010, Rechulski’s musical journey reached a new milestone with the release of his first track, “Slurpy,” on Biatch Corp Recordings’ compilation album “Auditoria.” Collaborating with FoNG, also known as Ray Rose from the Sheik N Beik collective, marked a significant achievement in his career.
In April 2014, Rechulski embarked on a new venture with the launch of Sheik ‘N’ Beik Records. Starting with vinyl releases, the label quickly embraced the digital age, ensuring their music reached wider audiences.
But Rechulski’s ambitions didn’t stop there. In May 2015, he founded Soundslinger, an event production company behind the groundbreaking Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival in Florida. This unique camping-only experience swiftly garnered a devoted following, highlighting Rechulski’s passion for creating immersive musical experiences.
As the years have unfolded, Rechulski has amassed a wealth of unreleased music, poised to captivate audiences around the globe. His journey continues, fueled by an unwavering dedication to pushing boundaries and sharing the joy of music with the world.
